• What happen if I selected an item and put into the shopping cart but do not proceed for a period of time?
  
  Merchandise that has been put on the shopping cart will be reserved for a period of 4 hours for further execution by user. After this period, the merchandise would be taken out from the cart (quantity be reduced to 0 upon checkout) and be available for other customers.

  Currently, we deliver our products throughout Malaysia with reputable courier services and our in house delivery services.
   
• When do I expect to receive the merchandise?
  
  Standard shipping: 5 business days.
   
  Customized merchandise would delay the delivery time by a further advised period.
